Once Abatera airport representative receives the guest, he/she will present Abatera Tours "Welcome Pack" that contains Hotel Voucher (if accommodation is booked through Abatera), UAE Cities map, Hotel Visit schedule, different recreation and excursion packages to make the visit more useful and entertaining and most important Abatera 24 hours, 7 days a week emergency numbers.
